101 FAST RECIPES FOR GRILLING

Summer is here and Mark Bittman is at it again.  Check out his latest New York Times article, 101 Fast Recipes for Grilling.  With Forth of July next weekend (don't think I won't be celebrating/barbecuing even though I'm in England), this is a great resource to start preparing the grill menu.  Grilled artichokes, yes please.  Barbecued oysters, I think so.  Fig and bacon kabobs, for sure!  For salad ideas, check out his 101 Simple Salad for the Season article from last year.
