FOOD STYLIST INTERNSHIP

I had the rare and exciting opportunity to intern for Susie Theodorou, food stylist extraordinaire, this week.  We worked on Gordon Ramsay's new cookbook, due to come out Fall 2010, and the Marks & Spencers Christmas 2010 catalogue.  I felt so fortunate to be able to observe one of the best in the business (her work includes Martha Stewart Living, Gourmet Magazine, Real Simple, Food & Wine, as well as a multitude of cookbooks and commercials).  Here are some photo's of Susie's previous work...
