WEEK NO. 2: BUNS, BRIOCHE, CROISSANTS + DANISH PASTRY

This week we made Buns, Brioche, Croissants, Pain au Chocolate, and Danish Pastries. Croissant dough is meant to be the hardest dough to make so I'm very happy mine turned out.
