WEEK NO. 3 + 4

Hi Friends. Sorry for the silence this week. I had a cold and just couldn't catch up with everything. Last week we made a Frasier, Fruit Cake (not pictured) and I can't remember the name of the other thing we made (yeah, it's been that hectic).  This week we made an Gâteau Opéra, Dobos Chocolate Slice (the triangle cake) and a Raspberry Roulade. It was quite stressful because the Opera and Frasier are both possible options that could be on our final so it was important to stay focused. Hope everyone has a great weekend and let the Halloween parties begin.
