Last week was another intense one. We learned the Gateau Sabrina which is a possible cake that could be on are final exam (and the most difficult by far). The cake, however, is totally delicious and tastes like a strawberry milkshake. The dessert was originally designed for Aubrey Hepburn and the premiere of her her film Sabrina in 1954. The other cake we made this week was the Marron. I was quite proud of my piping on top! I think it turned out quite well (and also tasted great).
