WEEK NO. 6: POIRES AU CARAMEL RELIGIEUSES + WHITE CHOCOLATE AND PISTACHIO ENTREMENT

This week went well. Both cakes were quite fun to make and very tasty. I'm proud of both of them and think they turned out well.
