DIY: CAKE FLAGS

I fell in love with these cake flags the instant I saw them on Forth-Sixth at Grace.  What a simple and elegant way to spruce up a cake.  Easy to make...just pick a ribbon, cut to desired length (about 2-3 inches), adhere to the end of a long wooden skewer with glue, and then spray the ribbon with heavy starch or Stiffen Stuff.
