SUMMER DAYS

Believe it or not, ice cream has become apart of my daily diet.  With these hot humid summer days in London, I can't help but divulge in a frozen dessert.  The moment I saw these chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches, I started to drool.  Hmm... definite inspiration to bake up some chocolate chip cookies this weekend and pair it with some vanilla bean ice cream.
